I have never had customer service anywhere like Michelle’s. Second to none. Michelle went above and beyond to help me and made every step as easy as possible through a really stressful time for me. I had been a W.E.C.U member for many years. 10 and more years ago it was a very friendly Credit Union, the staff were efficient, and because of being a Credit Union (looked after members) my accounts had no fees I was very very happy there. Then about 2 years ago they changed policies and started charging fees. It is now nothing like a Credit Union any more but more like a Bank. I have been a member for nearly 10 years, always had fantastic service from the staff. They are happy to go out of their way to help you out. Products are extremely competitive with the big 4 banks, and more personalised service. Providing savings products / loan products / insurance and financial services. Why would you become a nobody customer at a bank, when you can become a somebody at WECU.
