I went to credit union the other day. And was told that they are closing down the Mulgrave office????? I have been a member since 1973. Why are they doing this!!!! The staff there are always so helpful. Helped me so much over the years. Does this mean we take our money from the credit union and put it into a bank that has customer service and not internet banking. I will be thinking of doing that. Very disappointing.
I have never had slower finance than this bank. It was as if they had never done banking before. So stressful. I do not recommend.

I have never had customer service anywhere like Michelle’s. Second to none. Michelle went above and beyond to help me and made every step as easy as possible through a really stressful time for me. I couldn’t recommend her enough and I couldn’t appreciate what she has done for me more. Thank you so much
