We stopped by sylvania woolworths to grab a couple of things. There was a gentleman named Ben C who took the time to show us all the specials of the day, and even marked down things in front of us that needed to be marked down. He took us to several locations in store as he went marking them down and basically guided us to the specials. As we went to checkout, a lady named Susan helped us and was very polite, friendly and accommodating. People like Ben and Susan make the shopping experience much more pleasant.

I finish in 30min, 2 min later i finish im finishing in 30min. I heard 3 times before I was served at the deli. Then when he did finally serve, after just waiting for 4 slices of Devon. He the stop serving and gave all the Devon to the person behind me. So after waiting a long time I ended up with nothing.

Came in at 7pm to do my grocery shopping and almost got hit by a trolley from a Woolworths employee. I had to get out of the way fast because they didn’t want to stop or go around me. They didn’t even say sorry. So disrespectful

I came this afternoon to pick up some Disney cards for my kids as I did not know they were available yesterday when I shopped at Woolworths. Helpers at the self-service registers agreed reluctantly to give me the cards: one of them continued to show how annoyed she was and when I asked her why she was making such a big deal of this - these are just pieces of paper and their marketing tool that they use to attract customers with - she almost raised her voice and said in a strict voice she was being polite and if I continued a... read more

Fruit and Veg section is terrible and the manager is less than appreciative of feedback. Will never shop there again. Take a look at how busy Coles is and compare 🤔
