Cafe could be improved, help people by putting more staff in peak hours in the morning and afternoon
Why would you have a coffee counter with an inept and rude person? Had to repeat latte 3 times, with the woman responding each time with a louder "what?" and an expression that seems I had wronged her somehow. Then I asked for a premade toastie that's behind the glass, she says "we don't have those". Bizarre. Avoid this shop. Many coffee places within 30 seconds walk and a Coles within 1 minute walk. I hope this woman gets help and this Woolies closes down the useless coffee counter.
It’s a specific complaint about this worker called Camila, how is she managing a shop where she obviously has zero experience, I walked in and I am standing infront of the sandwiches near the coffee machine, she’s chatting with two other people to who I waved to get their attention, she looks at me as says “wait” so she can finish explaining something to them and left me waiting, then comes up to me already with a face, I asked for a sandwich, so she’s confused and then says mmmm I can’t sell it to you we are closing soon.
