The keys at the self checkout were standing at the entry blocking the whole thing off while they were chatting, I said excuse me and none of them moved. As I tried to politely squeeze past the lady turned to her side and hit me with her arm and didn’t even seem to notice or apologise. Not a hard job and it’s pretty shocking to have this kind of behaviour from 2 adults “working”
Not sure what her name is, but the white woman in the deli area always has the best customer service. Wonderful attitude every time I speak to her.
Not even the express check out was open at 3:13pm today Saturday I had 3 items Left to have to wait in line at the one and only checkout or venture into self serve again which I will never do again after last week Last week no checkouts were open at 8:15 pm. Only self serve The cameras picked up my handbag and would not proceed until it was checked out by staff to make sure I wasn't shoplifting which is absolutely insulting.
