I had the most sweetest lady help me today and it made my day. so I went inside to get chocolate and I only had 2.50 dollars, so I got two chocolates that were both 1.50, then I got them both scanning them realising it was 3 dollars, I was 50 cents off. The keys at the self checkout were standing at the entry blocking the whole thing off while they were chatting, I said excuse me and none of them moved. As I tried to politely squeeze past the lady turned to her side and hit me with her arm and didn’t even seem to notice or apologise. Not a hard job and it’s pretty shocking to have this kind of behaviour from 2 adults “working”
Not sure what her name is, but the white woman in the deli area always has the best customer service. Wonderful attitude every time I speak to her.
