Absolutely horrid treatment from one of the older employees. She acts incredibly pretentious and it definitely ruined my shopping experience
not ever going back i usually come here all the time but an new worker/glasses blonde hair old and an Indian lady asks my as soon I go up to pay for my groceries says excuse me have you got enough money to pay for that I feel very discriminated against and disgusted very rude then tells me to leave my groceries and leave never going back again very disappointed as most of the old workers actually know me
I was at the checkout in the evening of Tuesday and there's two ladies working. One old curly haired lady in the checkout is rude and gives attitude. A customer was looking so confused and was saying excuse me, hello hello so many times, and just loud enough to hear and this staff saw this lady and rolled her eyes at this poor women and came to her after a good 2 minutes later. Even though it's not my own experience, but I felt so bad for this poor customer.
Almost every employee I've come across here has been rude and looks like they hate their job, especially those that do stock in the middle of the aisles. On that note, the diary aisle is always inaccessible because of the stock happening. Y'all stand in the way and then death stare the customers trying to shop. I get you've got to do stocktake, but at peak times? Ridiculous. Not even the express check out was open at 3:13pm today Saturday I had 3 items Left to have to wait in line at the one and only checkout or venture into self serve again which I will never do again after last week Last week no checkouts were open at 8:15 pm. Only self serve The cameras picked up my handbag and would not proceed until it was checked out by staff to make sure I wasn't shoplifting which is absolutely insulting.
