Moving my review from 5 star to 1 star… My experience at the self-checkout around 9:15-9:30pm today 1 September was notably disappointing due to a staff member’s (-I don’t want to shout out the name, I am just being courteous unlike the frontline staff-) discourteous and inattentive behavior. He focused on the screen, placed an unrelated green basket on our kiosk while we were paying (that was not even our basket), and failed to assist us promptly.
