I am writing a review to give praise and thanks to Katie at Woolworths Strathpine. Katie identified an uncomfortable situation where a male customer was behaving inappropriately towards me while in-store. Not only did she attempt to respectfully assist me, but also checked-in with me when she next saw me in-store. This demonstrated courage, care, and unity with supporting the sisterhood. Thank you, and five stars to Katie.
Slowest service, yous need more registers open
My online order was not completed correctly when I spoke to the lady out the back on the phone she said to call back at 6.30 which I did do and got abused by worker and hung up.on. Not good enough
