Today I went to this store. I decided to go to a cashier instead of the self service. The girl did not say 1 word to me.Nothing at all,when it was time to pay she didn't even tell me how much my items were.I had to lean across and look on the screen.If she doesn't want to be there,maybe she should quit.
This morning I attended the Wendouree Woolworths store and was familiar seeing at seeing some of the staff. I asked this young lady who is always happy to see me. I noticed she was not herself. I asked if she was okay, she told me one of the girls who we both know had taken her life last Wednesday. She began to cry and turned away. These are mostly young adults in the prime of their early lives. The young girl who took her life was a very polite positive staff member. Woolworths has discontinued Caffitaly coffee capsules. I bought the Caffitaly machine from Woolworths and now cannot use. Not happy.
On returning home paper bag broke. Eggs were all broken due to yogurt and other items placed on top. When we rang up they said it was on camera and only a small yogurt and bread was placed on top.. 2 yogurts both 900gms is not small. I usually shop at the ballarat store as the staff is so much more friendly.. does stockland not do manners.. Another time my husband reported a shop lifter stealing 2 bottles of top shelf alcohol and was told oh well these things happen.
