Beyond useless!! Had to wait to get to get my online order as no one was there, $60 worth of product from an online shop wasn't there, has taken well over an hour to try and get it resolved and STILL waiting. Don't waste your time here!
Once again, no staff on the normal checkouts. Fine for a few items, but doing a substantial shop through self-checkout is a frustrating experience. I genuinely dislike shopping at Woolworths, and the lack of staffed checkouts is a big reason why. Unfortunately, the major supermarkets seem to be offering much the same experience.
They never have shopping trolleys available to shoppers in their store you need to bring one in from the carpark & their Cheese & Bacon Rolls are not fresh they freeze them as when i grabbed one they were frozen from their bakery section
