I simply came in and said I wanted to buy a phone. No fuss, no issues. I feel like because I wasn’t overly chatty or “friendly”, the staff member just pushed this Telstra T‑Essential 2 on me. It’s $79, but it’s basically junk. Can’t run modern apps like TikTok, feels cheap, and I’ve had issues activating the SIM too. If you want something that actually works, don’t come here. They don’t care what you need — they just want to make a sale.

I’d like to thank Carmel for her outstanding customer service on Saturday 2/5/26. She not only advised me where to locate a product, but when I went to retrieve something else, went out of her way to find the product herself and gave it to me. She recognised how exhausted I was after a tough shift and bought the item to me without me asking.
