I regularly shop at this Woolworths but wanted to take the time to praise a staff member - Mary - who patiently and cheerfully directs and assists customers through the self service check outs. She tells me she has worked there for 30 years in most roles. She is an outstanding member of staff and I hope management are aware of how much value she adds to the shopping experience.
