Sonya at the self service was awesome I felt so embarrassed by scanning things in a rush I mistake and she made it so comfy and not embarrassing. Thank you Sonya god bless you , you beautiful lady x
Unfortunately our St Clair's Woolworths isn't anything to rave about. The produce is often subpar, with multiple instances of meat going off before the use by date. They're also very difficult to reach by phone to address such issues. UPDATE TO ONE STAR - online orders are absolutely appalling out of this store. The amount of times the fridge items aren't given to the driver is insane. If I was this incompetent I'd be unemployed.
I am very pleased with the lovely women who served me tonight. I went in not being able to locate something due to the refit. This lovely worker I approached treated me with care and didn't mind walking all the way down the opposite end of the store. Most cases people just point in the direction but the women provided wonderful customer service and care. I didn't grab her name but she had blonde hair and was friendly!
