I was using the self-service checkout when one of my items would not scan properly. I asked the staff member wearing the “Ask Me for Help” shirt for assistance, but instead of coming over to the machine, he told me to try scanning the other barcode myself. I tried again and it still would not scan. I asked him a second time, and he simply told me to “keep trying.” After another failed attempt, I had to ask for help a third time before he finally came over to the checkout. I love Anzac biscuits amd there ment to be soft and little but sticky not hard Burt and so hard broke my tooth everywhere else I go there perfect except st clair always over cooked need to tell there baker to bake them probably or hire a baker who nos what there doin
