Staff are always friendly. Even when using click n collect.
On 23 June 2025 around 12noon the old lady at the self check out came hastily to me and said “you need to scan that”, while pointing ay my reusable bag. I replied that I’ve already paid for it at another woolies using my American Express. She didn’t apologize. Why do you employ these people who don’t know what reusable bags were meant for? Send her back on dole.
