I finally got my wife to try shopping at Woollies Springwood. Sad to say we won’t be going back. Service was very poor, nearly got knocked over by by a staff member rushing around pushing a cart, when we eventually got to a checkout after waiting in line behind four others the staff member serving placed a closed sign in front of us and walked away.. There were many people waiting to be served, some elderly like us. Very poor experience.
Also better than the underwood one has my 2l dairy farmers milkshake which underwood never stocks
Not sure what has happened at Woolworths Springwood but on a number of occasions when visiting the store over the past few weeks - at different times during the day - there have been no trolleys available - at all - both large and small. This is not a good experience if you have quite a bit of shopping to do.
