They have some A+ employees working here… Got stopped in the self checkout and very rudely asked to show a receipt for a Coles branded product in my trolley… maybe focus on hiring some people with basic literacy skills before you accuse someone of stealing something you don’t even sell 🤦♂️
Got there at 8:55pm and they have already closed the front gate. Staff were rude and didnt want to let me in, I had to go thru the "EXIT" checkout and BAG for bread for them to let me in. Your store closes at 9:00pm not EARLIER. not 8:55pm. Horrible experince, I will be going to COLES.
I shop here everyday. Beautiful store and team especially Joy. She is an outstanding and lovely girl. She is consistently doing an amazing job and knows her job extremely well. Customer service is great.
