I have been shopping here for almost 10 years and I don't have many complaints, recently though I have been coming in and hearing the frontend staff in screaming matches. It's just not professional, I had to deal with Isabella in a horrible mood the other day, Almost every time I come in I catch her in a bad mood, She was snappy at the customer before me and very quick and abrupt to me. I hope the issues with problem workers are sorted out quickly.
I bought a pack of pop tarts yesterday and I’ve just opened a packet to eat and they’re mouldy?! Here’s my receipt as you can see I ain’t lying when I only bought them yesterday and here’s a photo of the pop tarts🤢

Was my go to store, until recently every single online order I do a substantial amount of my order is missing, yes I know I can get a refund but it’s pretty frustrating when it’s missing half my items required to make dinner.
