I am writing to formally complain about the completely unacceptable experience I had using the Direct to Boot service at Woolworths Spring Farm on Sunday. I waited 32 minutes for my Direct to Boot order during a peak Sunday rush. This is not a minor inconvenience it is a failure of basic operations. As customers sat waiting, it was obvious there was only one staff member handling Direct to Boot, while bays that were not even clearly designated for the service were being used. Great parking. Smaller than my usual store but convenient and not that busy. In a small shopping shopping center with a chemist and BWS store. Domino's pizza close by.
The young man who works there on Saturday is an absolute legend and a true gentleman who helped me push my car when the battery went flat. Thanks mate!
