Stood at the deli for 25 minutes while the attendant ignored all customers and yells out there is only one of me you’ll all have to wait. Continued to bag chicken and label items
Had an unfortunate experience yesterday at Woolworths Phoenix waited a long time to be assisted at the registers and when I did the staff member at the register I don’t want to name names but I was there at 5:11 pm 21/05/26 this young woman gave me a lot of attitude I don’t like this kind of behaviour from Woolworths staff not happy won’t be back 😡😡😡
It is the only local Woolworths unless you travel to port Coogee. It is definitely showing its age, staff are great and does get busy on the weekends more so Sunday so don’t say I didn’t warn you. Stock levels are usually on par with supply and demand, quality of fruit and veg can be hit and miss but is usually good. Always something happening but glad they have security gates up now because shop lifting is absolutely wild at this store. As a store goes there are better ones around but is well overdue for a revamp.
I had a disappointing experience at Woolworths Spearwood today. The staff member named Jill was rude and unprofessional towards both myself and the client I was supporting during our shopping trip. We regularly shop here and normally have a good experience, but the way we were treated at the checkout today was upsetting and uncomfortable. I hope customer service can be improved moving forward.
