I completed my purchase via self-checkout and as I was leaving nobody opened the door for me to leave. I looked around and there was one employee that looked like a teenager doing nothing and looked like he was on his phone. I checked the front desk where there were a group of what looked like more teenagers chatting and doing nothing. I had to shout out that I’d like to leave. What are they getting paid for, to muck about? This happened at about 7:23PM on Wednesday, October 15. Perhaps train your staff to do their job.

Constantly neglected shelves without many basics
I visited today to get a few things and waited in line to be served. The young man serving had a huge beautiful smile on his face and honestly hands down the best customer service I've ever witnessed. I was in customer service for over 15yrs and can honestly tell you alot of people can learn alot from such a young but professional and lovely gentleman. He looked to be of African decent ❤️
