I have been a customer at this store for many years, and always come shopping. Our experience to date with all the customer services people has been exceptional, except for today. We came to shop at the store, when we went towards the checkout we used express checkout. We had quite a bit of stuff. I asked the girl serving to check the balance on our gift card so we can ensure correct payments are made using it. I had a very disappointing experience with Click and Collect. The staff member brought a flatbed trolley to my car boot but did not secure or hold it in place. The trolley was still moving, and I hadn’t even had a chance to grab it yet.She simply said “thank you” and walked away immediately. The trolley almost rolled into my car and could have easily caused a dent. I was quite shocked as I have never experienced anything like this before when using Click and Collect.
