I had a very disappointing experience with Click and Collect. The staff member brought a flatbed trolley to my car boot but did not secure or hold it in place. The trolley was still moving, and I hadn’t even had a chance to grab it yet.She simply said “thank you” and walked away immediately. The trolley almost rolled into my car and could have easily caused a dent. I was quite shocked as I have never experienced anything like this before when using Click and Collect.
