Terrible service at Woolworths South Yarra This store seriously needs to work on its customer service. Even when online or pick-up orders are ready, they just don’t hand them over on time. The staff act like they’re doing you a favour instead of doing their job — many of them are rude and unhelpful. There’s zero communication, no sense of urgency, and overall a really frustrating experience every time. Definitely one of the worst Woolworths locations I’ve dealt with.
