Was there tonight around 10.20pm and the dark skinned self checkout worker wearing the green vest was completely out of it wandering down the aisles and humming/singing out loud what seemed like indian tunes, very unprofessional. Please don't follow me around that way it is incredibly offensive and rude.
I honestly don’t know what’s going on with Woolworths lately, but after dealing with Besa today, I’m never coming back. She was absolutely useless. I asked for help finding an item, and she basically acted like I was bothering her. She didn’t even bother to check or look anything up, just shrugged and walked away. She was too busy chatting with her friends to care about actual customers. When I asked for more information about a sale, she practically rolled her eyes and just said “I don’t know” before turning her back on me.... read more
Had an amazing experience shopping with my elderly mother. Mum tries to be as independent as possible and when she seemed like she needed help at the self check out an amazing young person named Isabelle was only too happy to assist. Showed great respect. Well done Isabelle, always happy to shop at Rivergum.
