Fruit was not fresh, wanted to buy some zucchini, they were soft. Had to go to opposing store to buy fruit and veg that I needed. Seemed like fruit and veg was put out so that the store could get rid of it but still expected you to pay full price. Don't think so! Staff were engrossed in their own conversation, did not even acknowledge. Nothing worse than having to go to another supermarket to finish off your shopping when all you want to do is get home. Disappointed this time round.
Was there tonight around 10.20pm and the dark skinned self checkout worker wearing the green vest was completely out of it wandering down the aisles and humming/singing out loud what seemed like indian tunes, very unprofessional. Please don't follow me around that way it is incredibly offensive and rude.
I honestly don’t know what’s going on with Woolworths lately, but after dealing with Besa today, I’m never coming back. She was absolutely useless. I asked for help finding an item, and she basically acted like I was bothering her. She didn’t even bother to check or look anything up, just shrugged and walked away. She was too busy chatting with her friends to care about actual customers. When I asked for more information about a sale, she practically rolled her eyes and just said “I don’t know” before turning her back on me.... read more
