I honestly don’t know what’s going on with Woolworths lately, but after dealing with Besa today, I’m never coming back. She was absolutely useless. I asked for help finding an item, and she basically acted like I was bothering her. She didn’t even bother to check or look anything up, just shrugged and walked away. She was too busy chatting with her friends to care about actual customers. Had an amazing experience shopping with my elderly mother. Mum tries to be as independent as possible and when she seemed like she needed help at the self check out an amazing young person named Isabelle was only too happy to assist. Showed great respect.
