Had various experiences of customer service here in the past. Tonight, we had a shockingly poor experience with some UberEats driver who did not deliver goods to our place though we paid for them and requested it. We had to pick them up ourselves. The food and items were left near the checkout! Night shift female staff and the female manager on 12th of July at 7pm were great! They were very helpful during a stressful situation. For that an extra two stars making it a good five stars. A deserved review.
