It's a good woollies. All ok. Way far superior to Coles for service, down the other end of the centre. Coles is beyond being respectful for its customer service. Would recommend woollies anyway if you have a big shop
The duopoly of Coles and Woolworths has destroyed any hope of finding an alternative through predatory behaviour. I would not recommend, and only go here due to lack of other options.
Very poor customer service. I went to do some late shopping on Saturday 15 November just before the store closed at 6pm. When I went to pay for the items at the manned checkout, the staff wouldn't process my items so I could pay and leave. They told me to use the self service checkout which I do not use due to my principal of not using machines and doing the work of processing my groceries when staff should be doing that. Doing Uber Eats and loosing 30 minutes between 5:30-6pm the most important time of the week to do other deliveries..don’t waste your time drivers!
