Stock is poor, when need items shelves are empty, catering for online shopping and not for in person shopping. So sad, have seen it decline immenselly, very poor indeed. Pick up stocking common items like Lactose free yourgurt?? None in shelves, Woollies brand, online getsit first, get more stock. Shopped in woolies for along time, now considering, no alternatives!!!!
Shelf packers and click and collect shoppers blocking the isles during super busy times. You really need to rethink your click and collect service as it is preventing actual shoppers shopping.
