Just went through and got served by Jenny this evening. She was caring and talked through the entire process, even loading the trolley with my bags at the register. As I approached the dreaded self-serve with a full trolley, the SCO attendant offered to open a register with no fuss, and Jenny jumped to attention. I also witnessed earlier in the shop Jenny saying goodbye to the nightfill team members and thanking them for their super efforts.
