I recently had a great experience at Woolworths Singleton that really stood out.My hands were completely full with shopping bags and other items.A wonderful team member named Navya spotted me right away and came over to help without hesitation. She kindly offered to get a trolley for me, helped load my bags safely, and made the whole moment so much easier and less stressful. Her thoughtfulness and friendly attitude were genuinely above and beyond,it turned a potentially awkward situation into a positive one.
I'm new to the area and on my first visit to this store I had the loveliest check out lady (sorry I didn't get her name). She welcomed me to the area when I said I was new and gave me her tips all whilst working away scanning and packing my shopping. I like when staff are friendly and treat their customers as real people... it is what all businesses should be doing. I thought for a minute I was in a country store. I took a star off as the store is smaller than I'm used to... but overall a good experience.
