Been waiting to pick up my direct to boot order. Line hasn't moved in 29 mins. Line is backed up through the caroark.
My review is for the young man who brings out my click and collect orders (today, 11am). He is always efficient, friendly and helpful. I am very grateful for this service and the wonderful staff. Thank you!
I almost do all my shopping from shoreline, I like to buy my grocery from Woolworth and its very close to the b7ses and handy
This Woolworths Click and Collect has to be the worst I've ever used. They only have one person on staff (management fault not employees) and sometimes you can be waiting up to 30 minutes to receive your order, when we could have gone in ourselves. You're a massive corporation, do better!
