Please develop a system where frozen foods actually get delivered! 4 times now doing online shops and none of my frozen stuff gets delivered. It's gotten even more inconvenient now, having to just get a refund because you can't actually get through to the store and ask to get your stuff delivered or pick it up (defeats the point of delivery, but better than waiting 3-5 days for a refund and reordering) usually the staff were helpful and quick to check and the stuff had just been forgotten and were apologetic, but 4 times is ... read more
I went down Aisle 1 and a lady had dropped some cream on the floor and didn't know what to do, I said I'd get someone to come help her. I saw a staff member near the front desk and I said politely "Excuse me someone's spilt something down Aisle 1....." before I could even get an extra word in, I was met with the response "I haven't started work yet" and she walked off. I was doing my weekly food shop yesterday at around 6-7ish and when i walked near the fresh section I didnt know where something was so i asked a young man with the name badge "Kye" he had blonde hair and looked around 16. He was really helpful and looked genuinely concerned about me when i started drooling from my mouth as i get really happy in Woolworths. I'm absolutely in shock on the level and care of this store, its beyond expectations. Dylan the assistant manager, what an incredible asset you are to the company. Thankyou for making my first order a memorable one and fixing my issue straight away . This is a perfect example of how a supermarket should operate.
