My experience at this store on Friday night was absolutely terrible, I refuse to go through self checkout and went to the express lane, the 1st registrar had closed, so I went to the next one , unloaded my items and was told the register was closed, I started the first one said closed but not this one, the young guy was so rude , didn’t ask if I needed bags which i did, told me they don’t have bags at this checkout so I grabbed a couple from the next and gave him the money then he just laid the bags on to of my groceries, I ... read more
Served this morning by Sunny (apologies if Sonny). When items were rung up, he just stood & looked at me. I looked back as was waiting for a “$26.80, thank you”. He then said “I haven’t said anything.” I said I know. Still nothing. I handed him cash, he handed me my change & said “ave a good one”. I’m sick of being served by these teenagers who are not trained in customer service. Do better Woolies!
Been my Local supplier for food etc since 2021 All good here. Not happy go back south. So many cry babies. Thanks Woolies. 👍 go 4216
Easy parking and access to shops. Good range of products.
I get drive through pick up every week. Whenever there's a product unavailable I always get a substitute item and most times even better quality. The ladies who work in the pick up area are always great!
