Last Saturday was the last straw.........the Rothwell Woolies is the worst Woolies store we have ever dealt with. They never seem to have anything, and the shelves are hardly filled. I have been complaining for the past 3 years. One of the complaints I put in in the past........was their Roast Chicken. They use to always run out and never seem to cook more. Usually have a good experience here but the girl Gracie is extremely rude and shouldn’t be working in a place requiring customer service skills. She had an attitude and made no effort to help me.
Unfortunately they regularly don’t have items in stock that most other Woolworths locations do so. They also rarely have enough (if any at times) service lanes open, instead relying on the self service checkout. Staff are usually very friendly though!
The manager is someone I hope I never deal with again rude and arrogant. Won’t go back.Lack of service dirty store. Woolworths shouldn’t your customers come first use Cole’s up the road.
