Usually have a good experience here but the girl Gracie is extremely rude and shouldn’t be working in a place requiring customer service skills. She had an attitude and made no effort to help me.
Unfortunately they regularly don’t have items in stock that most other Woolworths locations do so. They also rarely have enough (if any at times) service lanes open, instead relying on the self service checkout. Staff are usually very friendly though!
The manager is someone I hope I never deal with again rude and arrogant. Won’t go back.Lack of service dirty store. Woolworths shouldn’t your customers come first use Cole’s up the road.

My mum and I were in the store this morning and there was only one checkout open, so they got a guy from out the back to jump on a register. He was tall, had dark curly hair, and was honestly such a legend, super friendly and funny. When there was a small mix-up, Sarah came over to help and she was just as amazing. Didn’t catch his name, but both of them handled it like pro’s. Deserve all the praise, and maybe a raise too ;)
