My wife and I have both experienced problems with obtaining Rewards cards and linking them with payment options. Yesterday we took our problems to the Woolies Service at Rosenthal in Sunbury desk and were looked after by the Service Manager Shalu who was the nicest and most helpful person you could possibly meet. It took a while to fix but when we left the store our problems had disappeared and our commitment to always shop at Woolworths was strengthened. Jim and Helen O'FLAHERTY
