I visited Roselands Woolworths to purchase some authentic Lebanese ingredients to see the pet food items in the same fridge? Pretty sure that’s a breach of food standards. Very disappointed.
Very rude older guy stocking in the stationary aisle. Asked him a question and he was very grumpy didn't reply to me until like 10 secs later. He didn't seem like he wanted to be there. Where is the customer service.
Very rude staff don’t even know how to talk to the customer. I went toOne of the lady manager regarding job purpose and thus i am also from another woolworths , she neglected me and treated me with very disrespectful way And very way of treating customers. Ever since the introduction of operated trolleys this is my observation. For those doing the right thing, first have to ensure you have a coin on you. Then when you return trolley to the trolley bay, there's a chance of not able to get that coin back because the bay is jammed because small and large trolley mismatch can't return the coin probably, and probably have to push trolley around the carpark trying to find another trolley bay or give up. Very poor experience at Woolworths Roselands. I tried to return unopened items from a click-and-collect order on the same day, with proof of purchase. The supervisor refused, saying there were “too many items”, even though Woolworths helpline later confirmed the return was in line with policy. What was most disappointing was the way I was spoken to. I was told to “take your stuff and get out” and threatened with security. Completely unacceptable customer service.
