The ongoing issue is how difficult it is to find staff on the shop floor when you need help locating an item. Customer service should be a priority but unfortunately that hasn’t been my experience at this store. I hope management takes this feedback on board and focuses on improving both staff availability and customer service

I have 2 children and I usually shop here. So with this new ooshies thing, I asked for some since the kids said they wanted some and then the lady working there said I didn’t have enough items when I did have enough items and she took the receipt and opened up the checkout machine and told me that she was getting the right receipt and I tried showing her and I showed her my banking app and proved I had bought the items on the “wrong” receipt and she ignored me and didn’t say sorry, just got angrier . Had a really bad experience with dumb stock replenishers. Isles are already tight and it doesn’t help when the replenishers stand diagonally opposite each other. To add insult to injury you get given death stares when you try to get past - rather than them moving and apologizing. Instead I had to apologize. What do they expect? The customer surfing the store to find an empty isle to pass thru?

I visited Roselands Woolworths to purchase some authentic Lebanese ingredients to see the pet food items in the same fridge? Pretty sure that’s a breach of food standards. Very disappointed.

Very rude older guy stocking in the stationary aisle. Asked him a question and he was very grumpy didn't reply to me until like 10 secs later. He didn't seem like he wanted to be there. Where is the customer service.
