Daughter purchased chicken thighs on the 22nd march with expiry 25, opened to cook it tonight on the 23rd & the chicken smells, I wouldn't risk cooking it for my family, but try t I ring roselands store & no one answers, very frustrating but they will hear about it..
7.05am, went to the deli, 2 staff working, no customers other than myself, asked for 2 kilos of chicken breast, simple , no come back in five minutes we are busy......
Went to Woolies Roselands today, at the checkout no sticker on the eggs, our cashier didn't know what to do. The Cashier next to him wearing a 'We're Here to help' vest asked my husband who was wearing shorts, who is a blind amputee with a very visible prosthetic leg to RUN back and get another pack. Service 0. Sensitivity 0.
Check out staff called Carla is so incompetent, does not understand the simple concept of serving customers in order, acts like she’s not getting paid. Need to be retrained which is embarrassing because it’s not a hard job to do.
Very rude staff don’t even know how to talk to the customer. One of the Employee name Rabiyaah comes and blames for stealing. I had the receipt and the the transaction on my phone and and still blaming me for stealing. And very way of treating customers. Didn’t expect this from someone working in woolworths. Rabiyaah is Shame on whole store
