Walked into Woolworths around 3pm today, did a full shop, and also grabbed a $8.90 bag of organic oranges. Got home, tried one around 6.30pm — and it was so sour I threw it straight in the bin. Not “a bit tart”. Inedible. Most of the oranges in the bag had green patches, which already tells a story. I went back to the store by 7pm. No receipt for fruit and veg (because who gets receipts for loose produce?) — and was told no refund policy applies regardless of fault. No discussion. No accountability. I shop at your Rosebud store weekly and i am so pissed that you cannot repair the pot holes in your car park , which have been there for more than 4 weeks you are as bad as JACINTA .
Stood there for 15 mins trying to pay cash for one item. Not enough staff when it’s busy. Absolutely ridiculous company, too tight to put more staff on
