Absolutely shocking experience. I was treated with disrespect from the moment I arrived to collect my order. The employee working at the Click & Collect area was rude, dismissive, and refused to help me load my groceries into my car when I politely asked for assistance. What made the situation even more upsetting was seeing him being friendly and helpful to other customers while treating me completely differently.
