Most unpleasant experience for me and other customers. I witnessed an older staff member with grey hair on Wednesday being terribly rude and condescending to another staff member. Very aggressive when asking for help, it was unpleasant, rude behaviour. I cannot believe Woolworths would foster that kind of environment in their stores. She was just causing a scene, raising her voice in the middle of the store. Last thing I want to see when I shop is a poor young girl get very rudely and demandingly spoken to. Trying to take away your rights of using cash!!! A dozen or more card machines 2 cash. At the end check out they claim to.be out of cash so dont ask. YET THEY CHARGE THE MOST OF ANY OTHER STORE & ASK FOR DONATIONS EVERY TRANSACTION!!! THE NERVE! CON ARTISTS!!! COLES HAVE MANY CASH MACHINES & ACCEPT CASH AT THE REGISTER!!!
