Jing was very patient and helpful! Yesterday I was having troubles with a trolley- Jing was kind enough to help me get another trolley and move all my shopping from one trolley to the other. Nice to see that there is polite assistance from the youth.
Ridiculous customer service, strong attitude to customer and refused to provide name. Have been waiting at the service desk for5-10mins, didnt acknowledge the wait, normally staff works at other woolworth would help with the customers who are waiting at the service desk. If she is too busy, she can close the line for normal purchases which she didnt, just acted like she was really busy. Easy to get to and not busy
Very disappointing to see only two cashiers open on A Monday morning when it’s very busy, they expect customers to use their extended SELF SERVE ! Cashiers are slow and overworked there is a Indian manager who just wanders around doing nothing rather than opening another register! If you want us to scan our own items and pack our own items give us an incentive and charge less !!! After the profit Woolies has shown they should hire more staff and train them properly!!!
