Shop here most of the time as handy to home nice little shopping complex wish there was a Brumbys bakery there though

Pretty poor experience with click and collect yesterday. Waited in a long line of cars after my order was already delayed. One poor lady was bringing out everyone's orders and was clearly under a lot of pressure. When I got to the bay she gave me a bag that contained 2 of 8 items that I had ordered. On the app my order had a couple substitutions but all items were listed as supplied. So I paid $50 for some puff pastry and a frozen meal. Submitted the refund through the app and now need to wait 3-5 business days for the money... read more
