Ok cool
Never answers the store phone. Fails to substitute online orders. Self serve checkout is so dead, never had an employee greet me, even with a smile atleast besides the one female that is regularly on.
Saw a person with a very full shopping trolley go through the entrance and not pay for their food. not one staff member even noticed it happening. When I bought it to their attention they didn't seem to care at all.
With rude and incompetent staff and a filthy and understocked store Woolworths Richlands is just not worth shopping at! I'm glad I will be moving soon and not have to use this store anymore.Disgusting!
I have gotten off meat from here plenty of times, throw it out everytime and just say to myself its on me for buying meat from this place, today I bought a 1kg mince that was 5 days from expiring, got home cut it open, this insanelty strong sour smell hits me in the face, followed by an amazing rotten smell after. then I drive back, frustrated, buy 2 500g packs that are both also 5 days from expiring, same thing, this is the last time I buy from this joke of a woolworths.
