Much to my disappointment, the store was quite cluttered (not as bad as Coles down the other end), but still needs a bit of a clean. There were also some huge trolleys laden with boxes, which did ruin my shopping experience. However, customer service is top quality, so that is good.

I just recently went there to do my shopping early morning I Entered the store that was absolute mess there was rubbish on shelves open food packets items put in the wrong place no prices or wrong price points on most items plus watched staff walking around not even making attempt to try and clean up bit of advice to the managers maybe be more proactive with your staff because you are to blame for the state of your store you are managing it was disgusting I would be embarrassed
Lazy staff who opted not to serve me at the checkout at 8:40pm on 13/02/2026 who wasted 10-15 minutes of my time while I had to self scan over $400 worth of groceries in a crammed little space. All the while they harped on over the speaker about how they wanted everyone out of the store because they would be closing soon. The staff member likely pretended they couldn't see my fully loaded large trolley as I walked through the self-service area. Shouldn't they get someone to open a checkout?
