The number of unattended freight containers, shelves stickers and order pickers in the isles of The store makes shopping an obstacle course. Surely shelves could be re stacked primarily in the night and perhaps restrict the number of ignorant order pickers at any given time to facilitate a more congenial shopping experience. I mentioned this to 2 employees and was met with a non plus response without even direct eye contact whilst answering my question. Surely you can do better than that.
Sunday 18 Jan 12:30pm Just been at the shop and the old lady with dark hair and glasses at the register number 10 named Lynn was a nightmare to deal with.. really really rude and very unprofessional. Shouldn't be in contact with customers,maybe its better if putting on the back filling shelf but definitely not at the register. Avoid the place at all costs.
Huge shoutout to Jenna (name according to Connor) at checkout! She helped us look for a floatie because the ones we had were kinda ugly and found us this cute big turtle floatie instead. Which we couldn’t afford and she was honestly so kind and paid for it herself. Such a sweet person and genuinely made our day!!🫶🫶
