I came to request a refund for some chocolate I purchased a few days ago, as my niece is allergic to that type. However, the staff informed me that refunds are not allowed for any reason, citing store policy. When I asked why, I was simply told it’s against their policy, without further explanation. Handy location. Generally, range is limited and some things which you'd think would be available in just about any supermarket just aren't. Always running out of stuff. Badly laid out check outs make it hard to see when checkouts are available, and lead to some people jumping the queue. Having a security guard on the entrance when you walk in gives me the creeps.

I went in the store with my shopping bag full of stuff that i bough from another grocery, asian grocery so it quite obvious that most of the stuff they do not have in their store. When i went for checkout i held the stuff from Woolworths in my hand and scanned it and place it in my bag and the security approach me asking if i scanned stuff in my bag.
