Stopped at Metro Queens Place around 1:25pm, Monday 1/09. Took my groceries (eggs, veggies, bread) to the counter where staff usually scan, help with payment, and pack. After scanning and taking payment, the staff member told me to pack my own while he went to sort baskets—even though some items were still on his side of the counter. I told him if I wanted to pack myself, I would’ve gone to self-checkout.
