Yesterday, I had the best experience with Woolies staff members. My 3yo daughter needed to use a bathroom and in panic I thought I would have been denied to use the Woolies bathroom as I've experienced this before in other establishments. Yet, when I asked a staff member, a lovely gentleman escorted me to their bathroom with a smile, and on our way out walking past staff members on their lunch break another kind gentleman offered my daughter a Krispy Kream doughnut (she loved it).
