While shopping today, my 5 year old urgently needed the toilet. We were over 30 minutes from home and there were no public toilets nearby, so I asked if there was any chance he could use a toilet. Thankfully, Ginni was happy to help. She could have simply said no, but instead she went out of her way to help us. It may seem like a small gesture, but it made a huge difference to us.
