Pick up area staff are very rude here. I have picked up a few times here. Every single time the staff here either inpatient, impolite, talked rude. Very unprofessional service.
Very disappointed with the customer service I experienced. I went in to return a few items I had purchased the previous night. Two of them were from a different store, and one was bought from the same store just five minutes earlier through direct-to-boot. Instead of a simple explanation, the whole interaction was handled very poorly. Went there to complete my shopping list as store I shopped in hours earlier had no stock and poor variety. Preston store was fabulous with friendly and very helpful staff too. Must go there again !!
