What a fabulous group of workers at the Woolies, Murray Rd Preston store! I've had to use the 'direct to boot' service these last few weeks and have found all the staff, helpful and caring. They have all been keen to help with packing bags into the car. Today, Gulay was great; friendly, chatty and quick to help with packing all bags into my car. We'll done and thank you to the crew at Woolies Preston.

I was charged $25 to exit their car park (managed/owned by Nationwide Corporate Services) today despite having a disability parking permit. Also, the machines only accept cards as a method of payment. In sheer desperation I pushed the intercom button only to be greeted with one of the most rudest, unhelpful & unempathetic people I've ever had the displeasure of conversing with.
