Went to the deli and asked for uncooked fresh tiger prawns, the girl there insisted that bright orange prawns were uncooked and fresh, didnt want to argue so left and went else where Product knowledge would be nice
Purchased hot dogs at 10.30 this morning. Worker didn’t say 1 word through transaction and then couldnt count. This is commonplace most of the workers never smile or acknowledge you getting help in self serve no words they just lean across you fix the problem then just walk off. No words. So So rude. Assume staff morale is low. Clone Kon.

25 minutes to get out a checkout yesterday. Only 2 open and 1 of them closed. What are you doing Portland? At least 3 customers with full trolleys waiting for these 2 then 1 checkouts. The elderly will never use self serve.. I think with your renovations you really need to be looking after your customers or they will be gone. Poor service yesterday.
