Me and some friends were in an urgent situation where we were in search of some Elmer’s magical liquid and called Woolworths where we were then spoken to by James who was unhelpful and dismissive. When asked about whether or not they had the product he said “I don’t know, you’ll have to look for yourself” when his only job was to help us find the product.
