This could easily be a five star supermarket, however nearly half the time I visit, there’s nobody on the tills, so it’s self service. Went there Sat morning just after 8am opening, and three staff spent the time I put thru a trolley load just chatting, nobody actively covering the self service or tills. When someone is on the tills they are always great, been served by at least 5-6 different people and all great.
