Day staff are usually lovely but nightfill staff can be abrupt, to be fair customer service isn’t their department. Was obviously looking for a product for a while on the shelves and was about to search the web/app for it and leave when confronted by a nightfill member- not in a friendly tone. Stated what I was looking for and was told it’s not carried by them, with a tone suggesting that I’m silly for not knowing.
