Poor customer service, can’t even pick up the phone, called multiple times and was left unanswered! Please do better
My daughter came home yesterday and realised that she had forgotten to take the $100 that she withdrew from the self service checkout! While she headed back, I called the store and informed a girl (Ava) of what had occurred. As soon as she got the gist of the situation, Ava immediately put me on hold and went to the register where she found the cash. What impressed me was her empathy and her quick response. She did not waste a moment . Thank you very much, Ava.
