I shop here regularly and it’s generally a good store. It’s clean, well laid out, and the staff are always friendly. I can usually get in and out pretty easily. The biggest issue is the mobile reception. It’s not just bad in the car park — there’s barely any signal inside the store either. I’ve been stuck at the checkout before trying to transfer money and couldn’t because nothing would load. It also makes click and collect more frustrating than it needs to be. Amazing shop always nice and tidy, deli was fresh and team always willing to help
Your staff member, Ella did a really nice thing for me yesterday, paid the remainder of my groceries with her own money because my phone decided to delete my card. Such a beautiful thing you did for a stranger, and I am so greatful. I will be passing this gesture on to someone who needs it.
