I have been shopping at Woolworths South Penrith for many years and the majority of staff have been great. The workers at the service area are always happy and helpful, especially Pauline helping with the self service machines, the deli staff are also great, however the lady who appears to be in charge of the online shopping should really find another job. Generally a good store to shop at,my only issue is that the hand shopping baskets are always Dirty. It's hard to find a half decent one. If they took a leaf from Coles book they'd all be spotless every Day.
