Not a very big shop and as a result have to travel to other supermarkets. The checkout system is chaotic and every time I have been I needed help to do my shopping scanning. If it was set up better like Cole’s maybe they could fix up the store. Maybe make it boutique. Anything rather than how it is with product lines often out of stock or not replenished. Most of the staff are really friendly and helpful and some walk bc around with a scowl on their faces not sure if bored angry or hate work.
A bit of a dive which is in need of renovation. But it’s a bargain bin and lots of gem can be found because it doesn’t attract too many people. Saw an old man walk in and stole a bag of roasted chicken and walked out through the entrance nonchalantly. That was the highlight and kudos to the staff for letting the man have a chicken.
literally don’t get me started on how bad this woolworths is. well i’m going to get started ANYWAY. first off all the staff here are so rude. most of them look like they want to kill the customers. many times i’ve copped attitude for like simple questions like where is this item. or when the self serve machine cracks it at me because i breathed on it too hard. Visited Woolworths Patterson Lakes today around 2pm and it was my first time shopping there, so I wasn’t familiar with where anything was. I was feeling pretty lost in the aisles, but one of the staff members noticed and kindly asked if I needed help. He ended up guiding me to everything I was looking for and was really patient, respectful, and friendly the whole time. It made my shopping experience so much easier and more pleasant.
