Was not to happy with the customer service
The pick up system for online orders is fantastic. Really well established and so easy. Huge thanks to Jess who assisted me today, chatted and took a moment to explain some of the process of this well oiled machine. Even in the rain, the staff have been wonderful. Well done.
The self service check out lady was very rude, once she saw I accidentally put something in my bag without scanning it she automatically assumed I was stealing but I was on a phone call a few seconds before hand, I was already trying to correct my mistake and she comes over and takes over. After I apologised I got no reaction or no communication.
Staff members don’t know the location items when you ask and this Woolworths is regularly out of stock of the essentials.
My local Woolworths, and Woollies are my preferred brand but, sorry to say, I'm so often disappointed. I regularly can't get what I'm looking for and often have to go elsewhere to complete my shop. Sometimes it's three or four items on a very ordinary list. Trolleys are waaay overdue for an upgrade too. On an aside, and I appreciate it's a private shopping centre, but why, oh why is this store so dismally presented? It's in a beautiful location but you'd never know it.
