First time redeeming my free hot coffee from Metro, and it turned out to be such a lovely experience! A big thanks to ZOYA for her professional and knowledgeable service. She kindly let me know that I could choose my coffee, size, and milk at no extra cost. I also appreciated how open she was to feedback, mentioning that she hopes they’ll offer iced coffee and oat milk in the future. And of course, not forgetting the amazing mocha she made!
Worst customer service by Ruby. She doesn't respond properly.I like Hot chocolate here but Ruby is worst at making it . I throwed it again.I opts for extra chocolate but every time she fails to do it. This is not the first time. Hopefully next time she should not be there at coffee machine.
Nice hot food
Poor and bad service! Their price is pricy, I bought something and found other store has way lower price so went requesting a refund, the girl who works there told me she can’t refund it, based on their policy, I asked her to show me which exactly policy is it saying that she can’t refund, she told me to google it. I googled it in front of her face and found that their policy said they can refund, what a joke! The girl had to refund for me, what a slap on her face.
