Pathetic service! I ordered coffee before few other people! But that lady made coffee to 3 of them who ordered after me,But didn't make mine! Had to leave coffee after paying for it as I had to catch train couldn't wait whole day for a coffee! You can drink that coffee lady!!! Train your staff about hospitality etiquettes! First come first serve, is pretty normal and easy to understand isn't it?
I had a terrible experience when my sister and I visited this Metro store to buy some vegetables. The security guard stopped us, publicly accused us, and judged us based on our appearance, even calling us thieves. It was our first time there, and the whole incident felt like mental harassment. I will never visit this store again, and I won’t recommend it to anyone close to me.
I strongly advise everyone not to visit this place. My sister and I went there around 8:40 PM, just wearing our normal home clothes. As soon as we entered, the security guard told us to leave. At first, I thought the store was closing, but then he accused us of stealing — something we never did. He humiliated us publicly, even though we’ve never visited Metro together before. This morning, I purchased a bottle of water at your store. The price displayed on the shelf was AUD 2.20, yet when I proceeded to checkout, I was charged AUD 5.05. I would have understood if this had simply been a case of the shelf price not being updated in time. However, what truly disappointed me was the attitude of the staff member who served me.
